14k Gold Alexandrite Earrings, June Birthstone Earrings
Our Alexandrite 14k gold earrings feature an oval faceted Chatham GEM Grade Alexandrite gemstone. The studs earrings have a pretty open scroll work around the setting and are very feminine and dainty. Alexandrite is a color change gemstone, changing from purple to greenish-blue. Our real gold earrings are a very meaningful gift for anyone born in June as Alexandrite is the June Birthstone. These dainty earrings style is Art Nouveau, known for the scroll work and intricate designs. I think the size is just right, being not too big to pull on your ear and not too small that they would not be noticeable. Very pretty and feminine design. The last picture is for illustration of the color change. The gemstones change from a teal color to a purple color. We used a medium weight friction or butterfly style ear back.
